Zen Wall Clocks was started by Mark, a founder and designer based on the south coast of England. He spent over a decade as a web designer before launching this studio in 2026 — partly because every wall clock he could find was either purely functional or relentlessly upbeat, and he wanted something quieter on the wall.
Every clock is printed and assembled by a small workshop in the United States, then shipped directly to U.S. customers — no overseas freight, no surprise import duties. The artwork is designed in the studio in England; the manufacturing happens close to you. It's the way the whole thing makes sense: small studio thinking, local-to-you making.

Why zen?
A clock is something you glance at dozens of times a day. Most of the time you check it to see how much time has passed — or how little is left. We wanted to flip that. Instead of reminding you that time is running out, our clocks remind you that this moment is all there is.
The hand colours are deliberately chosen by you, not auto-derived from the background. Low contrast? High contrast? That's part of the statement. If the time is hard to read — well, that's rather the point.
